Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products being sold, there is no return or exchange policy. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at ajahcosmetics@yahoo.com or our customer friendly phone number 980-263-9567. If the problem is resolved, you will be asked to discard the item purchased and we will be more than happy to replace the item sold to you at no extra charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
